By subscribing, you agree to the following terms designed to keep everything transparent and simple for both of us.
1. Subscription & Billing
Dear Mama Post is a recurring monthly subscription. When you sign up, your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date unless paused or cancelled prior to renewal.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase and on each renewal date thereafter.
You may choose between monthly, multi-month, or annual plans (if offered).
2. Cancellations & Pausing
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your renewal date.
Once a payment has been processed, that month’s envelope will still be sent and is non-refundable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Envelopes are sent once per month via NZ Post.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dear Mama Post is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.
4. Lost or Damaged Mail
If your envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
While we are not responsible for postal delays once shipped, we will always do our best to find a fair and kind solution.
5. Refunds
Due to the curated and limited nature of each monthly envelope, refunds are not available once an order has been processed.
If there is a genuine issue with your delivery, please reach out so we can make it right.
6. Product Variations
Each month’s contents are thoughtfully curated and may vary. Images used for promotional purposes are examples only.
We reserve the right to make small changes to included items where necessary.
