Once I sign up, what happens next? How does the monthly magic get to me?
Once you sign up, the magic begins! 💌 Each month, we carefully prepare your Dear Mama Post envelope with all its little treasures — heartfelt letters, art prints, journal prompts/affirmations, stickers, and more. Then we lovingly pop it in the mail and send it straight to your mailbox. All you have to do is wait for that little moment of joy to arrive, open it whenever you need a pause, and enjoy your quiet, soft moment designed just for you. No stress, no extra steps — just a monthly hug in an envelope. We mail the letter each month on the 16th and then it may take a few days to get to your mailbox. For now, we are only catering for NZ but hopefully expanding internationally soon!
If I want to treat a special mum in my life, can I send Dear Mama Post to her?
Yes you can also gift the subscription to a special friend for 6 months or 12.
What if I need to cancel or edit address?
That is absolutely fine! Just make sure you can email us to info@dearmamapost.co.nz before the 1st so we can cancel and edit the mail delivery address on time!
When is it best to sign up?
Well, it is totally up to you, but if you sign up before the 16th of the month you will get that same month snail mail, if you sign up from the 16th you will get the following month snail mail!
